This notice explains the NEO JET PARTS website, the choices stored in your browser and how to contact us about privacy. Our enquiry forms send your request through Formspree when you press Send RFQ. Supporting files can currently be sent by email.
Who we are
Neo Jet Parts FZE is responsible for the information it collects for its business enquiries and for its own website features. Our address is Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority, Saif Suite, Z2-13, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

What happens when you use this website
- Browsing: the hosting infrastructure receives network information needed to serve pages, such as an IP address, requested address and browser information. Our hosting provider processes technical information to deliver and secure the website. Hosting and security logs are separate from optional analytics.
- Enquiry forms: when you submit a form, Formspree receives the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, optional phone number, component or project information. Technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, is also processed to deliver the request and help prevent spam.
- Direct enquiries: if you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business contact details, company and enquiry. We use it to respond and discuss requested services. Clicking an email or phone link opens the application on your device.
- Browser preferences: the storage we control is listed below. Contact details, enquiry text and files are not stored by our preference feature.
We use information provided in an enquiry to take steps requested for a business transaction, handle business correspondence or comply with applicable obligations, using the legal basis appropriate to that processing and jurisdiction. Optional browser storage relies on your permission. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for future processing.

Your choices
You can reject all optional storage or choose categories individually. Optional categories start off. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing the settings window does not count as consent. Accepting and refusing are both available in the first banner. We remember either choice for the same period.
Use “Cookie settings” or “Your privacy choices” in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Rejecting page preferences removes the website’s saved preference entries. Withdrawing analytics consent disables this Google Analytics tag, removes its first-party cookies on this website and reloads the page to unload it. Previously collected data is not automatically deleted by changing a browser setting; contact us for applicable data-rights requests. Your choices apply to this browser and website origin, not automatically to other devices or the separate parts catalog. If browser storage is unavailable, a choice applies to the current page and may need to be made again.
When the browser provides the Global Privacy Control signal to this page, advertising permission remains off. The website does not currently perform advertising-related sale, sharing or targeted advertising through its own tags. We will request a fresh choice if the purposes, active providers or policy configuration change.
Google Analytics and planned advertising
With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-TXVE5H91SZ) to understand visits and website use. Google receives analytics identifiers, page and session information and technical browser/device information. Network requests also expose your IP address to Google. Google may process this information outside your country, including in the United States, under its service and data-protection terms.
The Google tag is blocked before analytics consent and after an initial refusal. Advertising storage, advertising user-data consent, advertising personalisation and Google signals remain disabled. Our page-view configuration omits query strings and URL fragments and limits referrer information to the referring origin. We do not add contact details, enquiry text, attachments or user IDs to analytics events, and our form integration does not send enquiry contents or custom conversion events to analytics.
Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) remain not connected. No advance permission for those future services is collected. Before adding them, we will update this notice and request a new choice.

Enquiry processing with Formspree
We use Formspree to receive website enquiries and notify our team by email. This processing is needed to handle the request you choose to send and works even if you reject optional cookies. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. Our website does not save form contents or files in local storage or session storage.
File uploads through the website are currently unavailable; email supporting files to sales@neojetparts.ae. Formspree processes data in the United States and other countries where it operates. For provider information, see the Formspree Privacy Policy. Please include only information needed for your business enquiry.
Submitted enquiries may be retained in our Formspree account and corporate email systems. Files you send by email are processed in our corporate email systems. Retention depends on our account settings and the period needed to handle your request and relevant business or legal obligations. Contact sales@neojetparts.ae for information or a deletion request. Cookie withdrawal does not delete an enquiry already submitted.
Recipients, retention and international processing
Website requests are handled by hosting and delivery providers. Enquiries are processed by Formspree, our corporate email provider Google Workspace and authorised personnel handling your request. Services and recipients may operate outside your country. The protections required depend on the applicable law and the service arrangements.
Our browser-storage periods are shown above. Analytics event-data retention in Google is controlled separately by the Google Analytics property settings and is not the same as a cookie lifetime. Contact us for information or requests concerning analytics data associated with your visit. Direct correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant business or legal record-keeping obligations. Hosting-provider logs follow the provider’s retention arrangements. Contact us for information about processing connected with your particular enquiry.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law applicable to you and the processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Some jurisdictions also provide rights concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Rights and exceptions vary.

Please do not send identification documents or sensitive information unless needed and specifically requested. Withdrawing consent does not reverse processing already lawfully carried out.
